What is more, when setting Smartlook analytics, we have opted to have the data collected stored on servers within the EU;
• PostHog analytical tool, provided by PostHog Inc, with its principal place of business at 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States of America. PostHog Inc participates in Data Privacy Framework, which enjoys the adequacy decision of the European Commission. What is more, when setting PostHog, we have opted to have the data collected stored on servers within the EU;
• Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, with its principal place of business at Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04E5W5, Ireland;

Cisco Systems, Inc., PostHog Inc and Google Ireland Limited are data processors with regard to processing your data for the purpose of collecting analytical information about the visitors' interaction with the Platform. AskBefore has entered into Data Processing Agreements with these companies to ensure that they process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Analytical cookies are turned on only after you have consented to them being used. You can adjust your preferences at any time using our cookie banner or your browser settings.

What information do we process:

• page view and activity on the page – clicks and mouse movements, scrolling, transition from one page to another, page errors (if they occur). We never collect or process in any other way the information you fill in in different fields;
• device data – IP address, browser, operation system, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), screen resolution, referrer, session duration, geolocation;
• country and city – it helps us to learn what cities are the most popular – it is a good idea to partner with more clinics and laboratories in these cities. And, finally, we see whether we need to translate the Platform into another language (if there are a lot of users from a particular country);
• clinics viewed – we learn what clinics are the most popular.

These cookies help to make the Platform functional: the map showing medical clinics is displayed correctly; you stay logged in when navigating the Platform.

What information do we process:

• IP address;
• device technical data – browser type, browser language, color depth, timezone, operational system, device type (mobile/desktop), screen size, session ID;
• session token and event data (exclusively for security reasons);
• country and city – we use this information to correctly display the map showing clinics and laboratories.

Cisco Systems, Inc., PostHog Inc and Mapbox, Inc. are data processors with regard to processing your data for the purpose of collecting technical information to ensure flawless functioning of the Platform, as well as protecting personal data from unauthorized access. AskBefore has entered into Data Processing Agreements with these companies to ensure that they process personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Functional cookies are turned on by default . You cannot turn them on, otherwise we will not be able to ensure the high level of data security.
